What we collect and why - Your email address and first name when you ask for the free guide, so we can send it and a short series of emails. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw any time. - Your name, email address and order details when you buy, so we can deliver your download, send your invoice and keep tax records. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you and our legal obligations. - A record of your downloads and sign-ins, to keep your account secure and stop misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests. - If you tick the box at checkout, your email for tips and offers. Our lawful basis is your consent.

What we don't do We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are taken on the secure pages of Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Fena (pay by bank), who receive only what they need to take the payment. We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes data for us - Cloudflare hosts this website and its database. - Microsoft 365 sends our emails. - Stripe and Fena process payments. Each works under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it Order and invoice records: 6 years, as required for tax. Email list: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list. Account sign-in records: 12 months.

Your rights You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email info@tl-solution.co.uk. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
