Refund policy

Downloads Because our guides are instant downloads, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once your download is available, which you agree to at checkout.

If something's wrong If a file won't open, is missing pages, or isn't what was described, email info@tl-solution.co.uk with your order number. We'll fix it, send a new copy, or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid Card payments are refunded to the same card, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Pay-by-bank payments are refunded to the account you paid from.
